The Miami Arts + Entertainment District is an emerging residential neighborhood connecting Downtown Miami to the Wynwood district. Although the Arts + Entertainment District is commonly grouped together with Wynwood, Edgewater, Midtown and the Design District, the Miami Arts + Entertainment District is actually a distinct neighborhood in Miami that is roughly bound by I-395 to the south, NE 17th Terrace to the north, North Miami Avenue to the west and Biscayne Bay to the east.

The Arts + Entertainment District in Miami has seen immense growth and beautification over the past few years with a full renaissance in its residential, culinary, entertainment and nightlife offerings. New residential developments within the district include ‘Canvas,’ a modern 37-story luxury condo tower and Filling Station Lofts, which is a trendy mid-rise building featuring industrial loft spaces. Entertainment and nightlife in the A+E District in Miami is ever-evolving as it is steps from the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Live Modern School of Music, the Perez Art Museum and the Patricia and Philip Frost Museum of Science.
